② When using the 50% OFF campaign, on the day of the experience, those over 12 years old are required to present a three-time vaccine vaccination certificate or a negative certificate such as PCR (within 72 hours). However, for children under 12 years old, proof is not required if all the accompanying persons presenting certificates.
For those residing outside of Okinawa Prefecture,
negative test results are based on the "date of arrival in Okinawa of the airline ticket" and if the test results are valid,
the test will be treated as negative during the travel period.

・ If you are unable to present either your ID or a three-time vaccine vaccination certificate or a negative certificate such as PCR (within 72 hours) on the experience day, your booking will bot be apllied with the 50% off discount. Please note that in this case, the shop will ask you to pay the full amount of the tour fee.
・Please note that negative certificates of self-testing kits are not accepted.
・Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the non-discounted tour fee.
・The campaign will end once the allotted budget has been spent.

Free if canceled 2 days prior to day of the activity. If canceled 1 day before the day of the activity, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If canceled on the day of the activity, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

*Please come to the meeting point wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
*Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant cannot join the tour for safety reasons (it is still possible to observe one part of the tour in our facilities)
*Tours may be cancelled or changed due to bad weather conditions, such as typhoons (We will contact the participants if any change occurs at least one day before the tour)
*Those who are hungover or who have consumed alcohol on the day of their tour will be unable to participate.
