Shikaoi's “Hakujahimemai” is a local performing art based on Ainu legends, and is performed in a fantastic atmosphere.

This dance is designated as an intangible cultural property of Shikaoi Town, and is performed only at the “White Snake Princess Festival,” which is limited to 1 day every year.

On this tour, there will be a special show for a limited time under the guidance of Preservation Society members.

This graceful and powerful dance is performed by a parent and child, the white snake and the princess, and is fantastically enchanting on stage. This is a valuable opportunity for participants to wear Ainu costumes and actually experience the White Snake Princess dance.
