Please note

There are no toilets or heated spaces at all in the venue. Please take measures against the cold before entering.
To get to the venue, please walk from Taisetsu Plaza 273 to the Dam Lake venue.
You will go down a steep slope to the dam lake, so please wear shoes that are hard to slip on.
Depending on the situation, shoes and clothes may get wet. Please be aware before entering.
As for toilets, you can use public toilets in Taisetsu Plaza 273.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue.
There are no food and drink sales facilities, so please bring your own.
The dam lake will be in a national park. Please refrain from illegal dumping or bringing in oil, etc.
The number of cars that can be parked is limited at the Taisetsu Plaza 273 parking lot at the entrance of the venue.
When visiting with a private car or rental car, it is also expected that waiting times will occur depending on the situation.
If there is a risk that safety cannot be ensured due to bad weather such as wind and snow or freezing conditions on the surface of the dam lake, the event will be canceled.
